Usage: 
1,before perm operation, apply proper LPP to hair, especially on hair tips 

   and injured section, then apply perm lotion 1#, rinse out, blow dry hair. 

  Apply LPP again, then perm as usual.
2, in bleaching operation, mix one bleaching powder, one oxidant cream 

    and one LPP, apply the mixture to hair, then bleach as usual
3, in chemical treated treatment, apply proper LPP to hair, heats up for 

    15 minutes. Cold down, rinse out.
